Our sales managers are also trained to give technical support to our customers in relation to uses and expected results when printing or converting our products.
Cartones Ponderosa Sales Department, manages and gives solutions to domestic and export Customers’ claims, having always in mind the smallest time either to visit the Customer’s plant or to solve problems directly from our mill. The efficiency of this service is checked through contract revisions made in a periodical basis together with all our Customers.
Our Technical Service also offers the needed support to our Customers, so they can get the best benefits of our products, and give them arguments and grounds to select the best suitable product to make specific containers or boxes so they can get competitive advantages in the market.
Through Technical Service directed to problem solutions, we offer consultancy in the printing, die cutting, gluing, blister use, coating use (UV), and lamination processes. These services are included when one of our products is bought.
